Angie Repella, LMHC
Originally from Chicago, I’ve always been drawn to understanding people, relationships, and the ways emotional experiences shape us throughout life. My journey into the counseling field later brought me to Philadelphia for graduate school, and eventually to Florida, where my husband and I are now raising our twin boys.I work with children, adolescents, and families navigating challenges such as anxiety, trauma, emotional regulation difficulties, attachment concerns, and life transitions. My therapeutic style is compassionate, collaborative, and relationship-centered, focused on helping clients feel safe enough to explore emotions, strengthen resilience, and build healthier connections with themselves and others. In sessions, I integrate approaches such as Play Therapy, CBT, and attachment-focused interventions to create a supportive environment where clients can express themselves openly and work toward meaningful healing and growth.Outside of my work as a therapist, I enjoy spending quality time with my family, being outdoors, and making memories exploring Florida’s theme parks and nature spots together.Specialties
